Been there, for sure! I used to be so bad that I just would never leave the internet. I found I always tried so hard to get out there instead of actually doing it. The thing that really anchored me to the house was the pressure to be interesting. While I'm much better at leaving the house and attending events or hanging out with people now, I still feel that pressure.

I guess this is one of those things that you just have to push yourself to do without any excuses. It seems easier said than done, but the more you do it, the more it proves to actually be easy itself. It takes practice, but letting yourself do things you normally wouldn't simply because you traded in trying for doing is a great mindset to cling to.

That's what I've learned for myself anyway!
