We're understaffed 24/7 callcentre, our employers refuse to hire more people until January and people are dropping like flies

We have 2 people leaving in the next week. Someone left last week

We are incredibly understaffed and cranky and it's only going to get worse in Christmas when people's annual leave kicks in and there's less people around

Taking a complaint about our decreased customer service yesterday was the highlight of my day (as complaints go it was a lovely conversation as I wasn't the person being complained about)
