well, if you do the main quest line, i guess you can consider it done.

If you just did the main quest though, you would be missing so much! SO MUCH.

There's a hell of a lot more to the game than the main quest. This isn't Bioware.

Nah, you've got to at least do the guild questlines too. Then you can sort of consider it 'done'.
