Hahah internet sarcasm is hard. I know.

No no no it's irony out of sheer disbelief at the lack of self-awareness people can display. Even though the smearing of an entire group of people - feminists - with a fairly worthy cause of their own because some fringe radfems are mean to men and have vitriolic rhetoric that people don't like to hear was brought up in this very section as a parallel, they just turn around and do the same damn thing to atheists.

Every single despised minority get the same damn shit levelled at them. Ever speak out of anger or frustration? Ever have members that have gone overboard at times? Well, you and every one in your group isn't worth listening to because your tone isn't nice enough! You just hate men/white people/straight people/the religious and you want everyone to fall in line with your ~agenda~! You're just as bad as they are! Besides, more and more people are supporting women's rights/racial equality/equal marriage/understanding humanism - your cause is especially worthless now and you have nothing to complain about. It's all better!

Even though, in the real world, where these people actually live, they're effectively barred from ever holding office in many countries, are despised by the majority of the population, can be fired, are frequently disowned by their families. But, gosh, if only they were super sweet all the time things would be going much better for them. Since that one nasty message board exists on the internet, though, they're just getting what they deserve, the meanies.
