I'm like that with Sherlock, too. I've seen up to when Watson retrieves his cane from Angelo's in the first episode before I decided I'd rather watch something else, but I could probably write a transcript of all six episodes because of all the subtitled gifsets, and their tags, that I've seen on Tumblr.

Slightly less so with Supernatural, just because there are so many more episodes that it's hard to keep track of what happened when, but I know most of the major plot points (and some key phrases for certain ships).
