I get kind of aroused whenever I get a shot/have my blood drawn. my family just thinks I'm a good Samaritan because I donate blood often (as often as the guidelines allow at any rate) but really I just enjoy it a bit too much

I don't get aroused but...I really, really like feeling how warm it is through the tube/whatever.

I can understand that. I really just like watching the process, and I'm really interested in needles piercing skin--I like watching tattoos too, but not as much. :)

Wow. I'm the total opposite! I nearly faint when I have to have a needle stuck in me and I need about 10 minutes of working up to it, all the while my hands getting clammy just thinking about it.
