What's bumming you out right now?

I've struggled with anxiety almost all my life (I'm in my late twenties now), but I always thought I had decent control over it. At least until last night when I had the worst panic attack I've ever suffered. I've never had one where I legitimately thought I was dying, but I really thought I was dying, and it lasted much longer than my usual brand of them. I'm really scared that this is an exponential thing. And I'm unemployed atm, so there's no way I could afford medication/therapy even though I desperately want to look into it.

Stupid shit because I don't let the real stuff bother me to preserve my sanity. Tired of being sick and I really want a fandom for Red Letter Media.

Next month is the first anniversary of my mom's death. I keep telling myself I want to celebrate Christmas to turn the month into something happy but I also felt that way about Halloween and when it came around, it was just another holiday I was experiencing without my mother.

I couldn't get a job, so I went back to college. Most stressful decision ever.

My health, as always. I really can't wait till health insurance kicks in, because last night my mom informed me that she's just recently discovered that she has a thyroid problem that is the root cause of several of her health issues, some of which I share, and her mom had her thyroid removed when my mom was still very small so she doesn't know why, but apparently this particular condition (which she didn't name) is traditionally passed down from generation to generation through the females.

So in addition to my own printouts of research I've done during my lack of insurance, I need to see an endocrinologist, and I just want to not feel sick all the time and be able to eat again SO BADLY.
