Do people say that a lot? I'm not sure I've heard it before. But then I'm not active in DW circles, so they'd have to be saying it pretty loudly. (Like, for example, I've heard them saying they hate Moffat.)

Yeah it's fairly common. There's a decently sized group of fans that seem to think that Nine was the pinnacle of moral authority whereas Ten is evil and uncaring toward humanity.

seriously? i love nine - he's MY doctor, my first. but i think he's a lot less stable and more dangerous and more vindictive than ten.

still love him though <3
