I had to toss out my huge block of brie from June because my mom kept making me food so I had no opportunity to eat it and everything else I bought at the time.

I didn't learn my lesson. Got blueberry goat cheese last week. Still unopened. Wish we were closer so we can eat it together.

(I'm sorry I don't actually understand your comment. Were you making a joke or a pun? Because I was under the impression that the PC brand, distributed by stores owned by Loblaws Companies, is fairly ubiquitous across Canada.)

Hahaha! It is a completely sincere comment despite PC's prevalence across Canada. But I'm originally from the States, and despite spending almost a quarter of my life in this country now, it took a while to see something with more than "PC" written on the label. Then the Olympics happened and the commercials explained it all.

And to find out they have prices comparable to no name's was almost equally thrilling.

I just got ridiculously (redonkulously?) excited to understand what your cheese label meant. So I shared. :P
