I'm sorry, but you are full of shit. I have no idea if she has or not, but it is not fucking okay to see one photo of someone you don't know and accuse them of plastic surgery. That is absurd.

You can see that she has had her cheeks done. And a quick google search confirms she had plastic surgery on multiple occasions, including her cheeks.

Humans tend to be pretty good at reading faces, and what lies outside the natural range of shapes and patterns. Plastic surgery is something that you can learn to spot pretty easily.
