Seriously agree about Parker. What I loved about her portrayal on the show was that she was weird in an unflattering way - she wasn't cute and sweet and harmlessly quirky the way MPDGs always are, she was bizarre and disconcerting and sometimes dangerous in her weirdness, and intimidating in her skills and intelligence. She was basically MPDG deconstructed. And then the fics turn around and start playing it straight. Ugh.
