I am still working on the seagull fic... book... thing. Right now I have the outline about 95% done, and most of the characterization is complete for all the major players and some minor ones. Worldbuilding is finished as far as the differences from our Earth, hierarchy, and basic tone go.
What I have left to do, as of right now, is the hard part: actually buckling down and getting it all written. There are a couple scenes that are partially or fully on paper, but mostly the problem is that between school and the other projects that have been fast-tracked, I have no idea how quickly this is going to get done. But rest assured that I didn't just claim I was doing something on this and then forget about it. :)
