And yet I found the image your passage described very appealing, OP.

Which is weird because non-con or dub-con is not one of my kinks. If it were a description about plain forced sexual assault, I'd probably hate on it. But because it's nicely wrapped in the metaphor of being forced to drink blood, I....kind want to watch that scene.
