I find Turians and Quarians to be damn hot, Asari being in the number three spot I think but Krogan are very cool looking. I do like them lots but more in a 'they can smash you face into the ground' kind of way.

I only lurk on the edges of the ME fandom so I don't know how under-represented they are, but I do know that I don't see very much art/graphics for them which is a shame.
