well I've seen it in some parts of sherlock fandom. Some parts of doctor who fandom.

Also I've seen people who were in fandom (like in general) making disgusting statements about what they considered "hipster blogs" . Like saying they should be killed.

Wow. You just gave me another good reason to stay away from the Sherlock and DW fandoms.

Yeah, I've seen that bizarre hatred toward "hipster blogs" too (although not as vitriolic). Hopefully, 99% of those people who make those statements are in the 13-16 crowd because it seems like it.
