Masahiko Kobe is made of win as well, I must admit - although I do miss Morimoto too cause he was badass. Chen Kenichi makes me want to squish him, he's adorable.

But Sakai wins for me because he always looks like he's having a really amazing time when he's cooking. (And the way he was so freaked out and ginger about handling live octopus was hilaruous too!)

Oh yeah, Morimoto was awesome too. Now that I think about it, there aren't really any Iron Chefs I dislike...well, except maybe the green one and the purple one, because I've never actually SEEN any episodes they were in.

I've seen Sakai and Kobe's octopus battles, and now I really want to see Chen Kenichi's octopus battle. I agree, Sakai being freaked out by the octopus was so funny. It was like he didn't even want to touch it.
