I thought Doctor Who was mostly a het fandom. Or did I just imagine all the Rose stans that seemed to be everywhere at one point? And I know River has a lot of fans too (although mostly not here).

Yeah, you're right.
I just put it there without thinking because the OP mentioned it and because of the big 3 aspect it has in fandom with Supernatural and Sherlock.
