Does anyone honestly think that if he hadn't done it Cersei wouldn't have? She did, after all, order the murder of a bunch of children.

He could stand to be at least bothered by it, IIRC Jaime never seems to feel any remorse or guilt for what he did to Bran even after the character development.

No, he actually says to Cersei "I don't feel badly about having sex with you - I feel badly about the things I did to hide it, like throwing that child off the tower." To which she says, "Well, geez, it's not like I ASKED you to do that."

That's really the only time he thinks about that though, he doesn't seem to spare Bran much thought all things considered. Also, Cersei even told Jaime he was stupid and went way too far when he pushed him, and that's saying something coming from her.
