I'm sorry, this character design is just too preposterous for me to have any reaction but uncontrollable laughter.
I'm used to seeing unrealistic and hypersexualised and impractical costume designs for female video game characters, but this one takes the cake.

Never mind the wedgie-pants and the handkerchief "bra", that belt thing looks like it'd be terribly uncomfortable against bare skin like that.
