Basically, this :( I loved EVA, for example. And she's a honeypot agent, can't get more sexual than that... and she was amazing, intelligent, complex and competent. And was the only one to get exactly what she wanted on MGS3.

She also /feels comfortable/ dressed showing her cleavage like that, and not because "she was designed that way". I mean... she keeps doing it when she's 70. I doubt that was done "for the male gaze". It's just how she rolls, yanno?
