Why not just go all the way? Walk around your home naked. Live dangerously.

What if there's a fire, though? I'd much rather be wearing something if that were the case. |D

Oh, if you must be practical...

On a serious note, I find it rather freeing. Except my feet get cold.

I had to run out of dorms too many times for fire drills to be anything but. =_=;

Plus my parents drilled fire safety into my head from a very young age because we put candles in our Christmas tree every year, and while we've never actually had a problem, there was also the change of Things Going Wrong.

See, I always wonder around in bare feet/sandals, so my feet are used to being bare.

One of my "favorite" dorm stories to tell people: Late-night shower. Bright red highlighting shampoo. White bathrobe. Fire alarm.

The RA's face when I finally got out of the building was the most perfect mix of sympathy and trying-not-to-laugh that I have ever seen.

That doesn't sound fun at all. D:

I was lucky enough that I never had that issue, but I had a friend who ran out shoeless and in a tiny tank top and short shorts... In the middle of winter, in the rain. I felt so bad for her. :(

Fortunately this is Arizona; we never get too cold (although when your mid-back-length hair is dripping water down your legs at night, "too cold" is relative). And all the red came out of the bathrobe after liberal application of a stain stick.

Ooooh that sounds like it sucked a lot. D: At least the stains came out, though?

We had a fire alarm go off once when two people in my hall were in the shower. I guess their clothes were not close at hand, because they both went outside in their towel. (It was one guy and one girl.)

When you think about it, though, the chances of nobody being in the shower during an alarm are very slim, unless it's so late at night that most people are asleep (which is arguably worse).

I do that in the summertime.

...Then I remember my window is open to let the breeze in.

Please, please don't arrest me.

Arrest? No no no. I was going to suggest we have a naked party and invite all our naked friends. The neighbors were made to be traumatized.
