So, frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn,
Now really, listen, neither should you too,
No one is perfect, We are all a sham,
Just like you did admit right on your cue,

While, yes, some books might not be to your taste,
And, true, might not be very good at all,
That does not mean the reader a disgrace,
Instead shroud the book in hate like a pall,

Or better yet, you focus on your loves,
Please tell me why a book is good or bad,
Engage with me as equals, not high doves,
This makes both happy too instead of mad,

To add, your poem was hard to discern,
So maybe that should be of some concern.
