This does happen with other media, usually from people who are simply SO INTO whatever it is they're reccing, they cannot conceive of someone not wanting to read/watch it, regardless of that person's preferences. On the flip side, sometimes you get someone who knows ONE title in a given format or genre, and they will trot it out every time that format or genre is mentioned. Frustrating, yes.
