Pretty much. I enjoy both games, and both have their flaws, but in the end I typically like story based games with fewer but more unique, detailed characters more than open world games with tons of characters, so if I HAD to choose one I would probably go with DA2. (Even if, imo, the cast isn't as likable as the cast of Origins. And the gameplay was repetitive, the story was frustrating, etc. For me, Skyrim is MUCH more fun, but characters will always triumph.)

Skyrim is a wonderful game with tons of replay value, but it's a completely different type of game as well, and I don't see anything wrong with favoring one over the other.
