Holy shit what a ridiculous fucking website.

Gipsy triggering anything? What? What? I'm sorry, you go into cold sweat flashbacks when you hear the word GIPSY. WHAT.

Sleeping Beauty--the Disney version--has a trigger for sexual assault. Yes, I forgot that part where the prince assaults the princess. Or was it Maleficent assaulting the prince? Or the princess assaulting the forest creatures? Who knows?!

And then I checked Django Unchained, something that would ostensibly have triggers, and it had shit like 'white savior complex'. Disregarding whether that even applies, on WHAT PLANET does this cause someone to be triggered?

Is this the same thing as saying 'I get mildly annoyed, or maybe even so annoyed that I turn it off and prompty bitch on tumblr about it'?

apparently a chaste kiss is sexual assault even if it was literally the only way to wake her up. I'd rather be kissed than in a goddamn coma for the rest of forever. plus they were already in love anyway in the disney film so I doubt she really cared

I mean, I would get it if we were talking about one of the very early versions of sleeping beauty where the prince actually rapes her while she's sleeping and she gives birth to children while she's still under the spell because holy fuck that is horrifying. but the disney version? come on
