Re: Santa
There is a very good chance that culturally, your kids are going to pick up on Santa even if you make no effort to introduce the concept to them in the first place. I'd say, just go about with your Christmas traditions without commenting on the matter, and treat Santa as you might treat any other fictional character that everyone knows is fictional, but sometimes likes to treat/act like is real anyway.

My parents did the whole thing, but I think I thought it was some kind of game ever since I was old enough to have an opinion either way.
