Re: Complaining about the misogyny of white men

Out of curiosity...

In my experience, when it comes to interacting with men of color, they tend to be either really supportive of women and total feminists or feminist allies, or they tend to be really sexist/misogynistic. They seem to rarely fall into the middle. On the flip side, most of the white guys fall into the middle area, the "sexism is over so there's no need for feminism" zone, and rarely fall into one end or the other as much as men of color.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me? For geo-demographic context, I'm from Los Angeles, where most of this experience is based on/from.
