Wait, I don't get the thing with the Christians. If we're talking about the real world and not something inside the comic, then what's the question here? Aren't demons basically /defined/ as being evil in Christianity? That's their point in existence. I'm pretty sure they're not meant to be an independent culture with free will etc, at least not originally... why would anybody Christian assume demons aren't evil, if you believe in their existence?

To be clear, I'm talking about the demons in the comic. It looks like the comic's moral is going to be "any race can produce good or evil people"--some of the demons are evil, some are well-intentioned, and some do good things and bad things according to their virtues and flaws.
