While that is true, they have enough moments of "out-of-character" interactions that show another side, either with podcasts or RT life videos or whatnot.

AFAIK, Geoff isn't ever on the Podcasts (or very rarely). And the RT Life videos are like...2 minutes long? I really doubt if he was as immature as he character he could help start this successful company.
