Hrmmmmmmm....which ep was Customer Service lady? Why don't i remember that?

YES! His daughter (that was the spoiler). That's going to be so damn fun. I've seen some on-set photos of them goofing around.

I'm expecting glorious chemistry. And another interesting female character. And a strong Daddy/Daughter relationship (which I love).

I think customer service lady was the second or third episode. The scene started with Ichabod recapping his romance and past with Katrina, then it turned out he was stuck in the car, managed to dial customer service support, and ended up telling the lady his life story. It was so moving that she cried and I laughed myself sick.

OH! Yes, the OnStar-type lady, yes. That was priceless. That was *perfect*.

I think that was the scene that marked the moment that I decided I would stick with the show until the very end.
