Anon, are you me? I feel like this is exactly what I'm going at the moment. I had a huge breakdown last night, and my Mom came to my campus to check up on me. That being said, what I would recommend it this:

*Talk to your counselor/counselling center
*Call a therapist or a friend
*Work in groups
*Get help from your teacher or teacher's aide
*Continue to do a little bit every day, even if it's just a few sentences or slides here and there
*If you have groupmates, ask for their help/advice/opinions
*Take a day off if you need it (and don't feel bad about needing a day off)
*If worse comes to worst, ask for an extension
*If worse comes to worst, hand in what you have, even if it's not 100% completed

Remember: No assignment is worth risking your mental health!
