Because they didn't say it's 'not OK' to think otherwise, their preference isn't based on a tired stereotype, and their posts don't include insults directed at short folk? Just a thought.

like 99% of anime fandom abides by the height rule, I can see why that poster would get disappointed that there's no variety in the way the ship is portrayed. And they didn't say other people couldn't have preferences, sheesh.

They didn't say they were disappointed, they asked why don't tall guys ever bottom and the answer is obvious: because 99% of anime fandom prefers to see them topping. So instead of expecting people to get over their personal preferences and cater to that poster's preferences instead, they could write the porn that suits them.
