Pretty sure that, as long as you can hit whatever target you're shooting at, hunting will be nbd ill-omened.

Hunting isn't the hard part. The hard part is skinning, butchering, and preserving the kill. And avoiding nutritional deficiencies (which may involve eating raw organ meats). And dealing with the inevitable parasites and illness that results, especially since most Western digestive and immune systems aren't used to that sort of diet.
