Nope. You might want to check your canon on that one--Loki has turned Thor into a woman and stolen Sif's body*, but he has never actually shapeshifted into a woman.

*This is where the Lady Loki idea comes from, and it's skeevy how many people don't know that was someone else's body.

At the very least in the Prose Edda Loki appears as Thokk, a giantess.

Ah, okay. I would describe myself as a very casual fan of this stuff, so I tend to see them as the same person. But I don't really know much about marvel.

Loki's also shapeshifted into women outside of the Sif thing, though.

He turns into a goth nurse in Thor and the Warriors Four as I remember.

...does it really matter if he has or not when it's clear he can appear as anyone he wants to? I mean he's able to disguise himself as anyone. A woman isn't impossible just because he hasn't before. I'm just playing devil's advocate here, but I don't quite see your point.

Loki has shapeshifted into women in the comics. Even in an attempt/pretending to seduce Thor! (ok, that last one was one panel, but it still happened)
