I've been bulimic (still am on bad days) but I never shoved by fingers down my throat - was always confused about that since I could make myself throw up just by squeezing my stomach muscles soon after a meal. idk.

But about your friend. It's good to be concerned, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions. A lot of bulimic people aren't even underweight, surprisingly enough (hard bulimics can even be overweight, they don't necessarily lose the weight like anorexic people do). And scarring on knuckles is not a lot. Why not eat lunch with her, if possible, and see if she goes to the bathroom directly after? Or go to the bathroom, too? I wouldn't assume anyone has an eating disorder just because they are thin.
