That would be Garnet, the leader. She is pretty great.

Pearl and Amethyst's personalities suit their design very well, if you ever watch Steven Universe. Pearl attempts to be very poised, but mostly comes off as a minor control freak on the verge of a breakdown who is trying very hard to make everything run smoothly. She's sort of mom-ish. Amethyst is rough-and-tumble and fun, more willing to rough-house with Steven, the youngest member that they're training.

Garnet comes off as the more laid-back parent willing to let Steven (and Amethyst) learn their own way.

I'm just hoping Steven doesn't eventually become their leader, since his mother was originally the leader. He annoys the hell out of me
