Wait, the not driving and crap at math and directional fuzziness and not making sense of clocks all go together? Or just the left vs. right and clocks? Because if it's the first then do you know what causes that set of skill deficits? Because I suck at all four.

Not driving is a separate thing (for me at least, though I can see my left-right confusion causing issues), but left vs. right, math, and clock issues are all part of dyscalculia. It results from a minor brain abnormality, but what that abnormality is isn't exactly known yet. (There are even theories that it manifests differently depending on the affected hemisphere.)
