IMO there is only so much one person can take or forgive, and if Thor doesn't do something about Loki next film it will be ridiculous and unbelievable. Loki has suffered very little for all that he's done, and it's time he's responsible for his actions.

(As for Thor, I think he'll always love his brother deep down in his soul, but at the same time, yea, I can't imagine him not being filled with anger and some hate too. If he isn't completely done with Loki in the next movie I'll be dumbfounded.)
