Do you mean like flailing over the newest episode at work the next day, or dressing up to go to conventions, or conventions in general, or people giving any indication that they have some degree of interest in a thing outside of the privacy of their own home?

Convention things outside of a convention basically. I don't have an issue with people discussing things they like outside of the internet minus the more sexual side of fandom, because that's just bad taste.
