You could make biryani or a curry.
Alternatively, you could try Mexican food. Make your own corn tortillas or search for a recipe for arepas. Corn is always gluten free.
Thai curry is a possibility- coconut milk, rice, whatever kind of protein you want. Or pad thai- no real need to use sugar in that. Stevia would work fine.
All depends on what you are comfortable cooking.

There are savory and sweet recipes there, and they have a long list of recommended sites on the right that probably have plenty of good recipes.
