... for someone who can' eat anything with gluten, most sugars -> only goat or sheep milk and cheese, only stevia sweets etc. and no rabbit or turkey meat?

Vegetarian food can be pretty nice if you put in the effort to do it right. Indian food, especially. You can do a lot with that that involves beans, lentils, veg, no dairy. Rice.

You could make biryani or a curry.

Alternatively, you could try Mexican food. Make your own corn tortillas or search for a recipe for arepas. Corn is always gluten free.

Thai curry is a possibility- coconut milk, rice, whatever kind of protein you want. Or pad thai- no real need to use sugar in that. Stevia would work fine.

All depends on what you are comfortable cooking.

Maybe you could try looking around on the BakeBakeBake comm's gluten-free tag:
http://bakebakebake.livejournal.com/tag/gluten-free

There are savory and sweet recipes there, and they have a long list of recommended sites on the right that probably have plenty of good recipes.

And there's also always the foodnetwork website's gluten free stuff:
http://www.foodnetwork.com/search/delegate.do?fnSearchString=gluten+free&fnSearchType=Site

And King Arthur Flour's gluten free recipes:

If you want to do pasta, I like to use eastern rice noodles (such as pad thai noodles) instead of the more expensive gluten-free versions of western pasta. The texture is better and the taste is usually better.

Well damn. You're right. I love making rice noodles, yet I never thought to use them in place of things like spaghetti... Hell. I just figured out quinoa's tasty.
