1. Conflict not entirely revolving around the fact that it's f/f but other people have said the same thing, so, um, how about girls who are friends for a while and are either both aware of their sexualities before meeting or neither aware before meeting? The "girl with repressed sexuality moves to new town and falls for openly queer girl" trope (or vice versa) gets old.

1. It's okay to say the same thing as others! I am researching. And yes, that's good too! As someone who's already been through all the confusion and denial and coming out, it is a little tiresome to read about it. Loved it when I was 15, but yeah.
