Jenny has grown on me a good deal lately, but when first introduced she certainly wasn't my favorite character either. Her telling the police what she saw even when it wasn't 'smart' I can understand (she was young and trusting), but yes, when she blamed Abbie for doing otherwise and held it over her later when there were huge things at stake, that irritated me. So I think she has potential and she's had some moments where she's pretty cool (her scenes with Irving are amazing), especially recently, but I can see why she sometimes comes off as an ass to you. (I also really the sisters relationship and hope they become good friends and are able to fully put the past behind them.)

I'm just not feeling Ichabod/Katrina though. I feel guilty about it because clearly Ichabod loves her and being together with her would make him happy, but I'm not personally invested in their relationship. (I DO like Ichabod/Abbie, but don't need the show to go there. In fact, it's probably best if it doesn't.)

Yeah, I feel similarly about the whole Katrina/Ichabod/Abbie thing. I'm very invested in Ichabod and Abbie and in the relationship they're forming. It doesn't have to be romantic, and personally, I think it would be quite out of character for Ichabod to express interest in another woman because he is so upright and honorable. This probably sounds odd, but while I love them together and like to imagine ways they could grow closer (and maybe just possibly end up together), I really don't want to see the show go that way.

I also see no reason to vilify Katrina, and people who do so at this point are really stretching it. But then this isn't the first time that some unhappy shippers have done that, and it won't be the last. I think I'll just keep enjoying the show and stay away from the shipping part of the fandom.
