Once upon a time, my DS9-loving friend was searching for fic, and stumbled across a true gem, which he felt obligated to share with me, as I am a connoisseur of terrible fanfiction. I can't remember what it was called, but that doesn't matter, because its true name is The Dainty Prune Fic. It featured Jake Sisko, and was apparently one in a long series of fics where Jake is gay and angsts endlessly about how nobody will accept him for who he is whilst getting laid more often than Commander Riker. In this installment he goes to fight in some battle and is captured by Cardassians. A ton of weird disturbing sexual torture ensues. The most unsettling part are the physical descriptions, not least of which is Jake's asshole being referred to as a "dainty prune."

I've kind of blocked out my memory of it, so I can't recall if I made it to the end or not, but I'm pretty sure it's just as... amazing... the whole way through.
