What Myopia? If Regina was a man and had done the same thing I'd be calling it rape too. Willow and Tara (the other example you used) can indeed be seen as dub - con as they did have a consensual relationship, you could reason that Willow wasn't using her magic to get sex, simply to get Tara to forget about their arguments and just be lovey dovey with her, sex was the result and Tara was unware of what had been done to her. Willow also faced consequences for those actions and it took awhile for Tara to forgive her.

There's a reason why I DON'T ship Spike with Buffy and that has everything to do with the infamous bathroom scene. He may not have 'had his soul' but he was fully aware that he was about to rape Buffy and that's more than enough for me to turn me off the relationship permanently, everything in S7 and beyond.
