I didn't progress much further. It got tiresome, clicking "next" constantly. And nothing was happening. That dude just kept walking around his room.

I even tried watching the dubs on youtube and couldn't pay attention to it. People say it picks up in the third act, but why do I have to watch/read hours of this boring crap first? Doesn't help the voice for John is annoying as hell, either.

I will never get people who say "but it picks up later!". In the time this thing picks up I could have read a whole other thing that's great from beginning to end! If the creator can't be arsed to make the beginning of their own thing good, why should I be arsed to bear with them?
