It more that it's marketed as being the healthy choice (and that it's completely replacing whole milk in schools based on totally faulty science.) personal preference is fine, but widespread misinformation sucks. Especially since it's not just about milk, it's kind of... All food. The idea that fat in food makes you fat is just untrue, and so much of a modern grocery store is set up according to bad nutritional science, it's kind of ridiculous. That's what makes me angry. Not other people drinking skim milk because they like it.

That makes sense, though it seems skim milk is a symptom of a larger problem in that case.
