(Actually, since men tend to have shorter lives than women, dating younger is actually a way better policy than dating older...)
I love that I had the same exact thought.

I guess he could even turn out to be a wonderful person and my soulmate and stuff, in fact I'm hating myself for doubting so much.

It's also my bad experience with taking the initiative that got the best of me. Mixed with the age gap it's all making me scared of ruining things. But fact is, I can see that he's probably not the kind to ever make the first step in this kind of situation, so it's all on me.
