I'm planning on getting a haircut in the next week or two. Whenever I get a haircut I generally base it off some sort of fandom-y thing? It's not necessarily because of fandom, but because I like the way a certain actor/singer/character has their hair.

I don't think it's bad, though, because it's a good marker for knowing what you like.

Yes, fandom (and some of my OCs from my own stories) are the reason for a big part of my clothes and accessories as well.

At least those look cute? (If those are examples, at least.) I can think of several fandoms where I wish I could pull off their outfits. They look nice/cool.


In the interest of full disclosure, for the longest time I based my clothing choices off of Joey Wheeler from YGO:Capsule Monsters. In my defence, he was the first character I'd seen who did the whole long-sleeved shirt underneath/short-sleeved shirt over top combo.

lol, I've definitely been inspired to buy a few clothing items due to fandom. Wouldn't say my fashion taste is really inspired by it, though. My music choices on the other hand...

Anybody want to help figure out what these are from? So far I'm thinking (clockwise from top left) Merlin's scarf, LesMis coat (?), John's jumper, dunno, Isabelle's cardigan from AC:NL (????), dunno (Hilda's shorts? idk), 4th doctor's scarf, Rin's vest, dunno, dunno.

The tank top reminds me of Battlestar Galactica.

I was going to guess the dark coat was supposed to be reminiscent of Sherlock's but that's probably mostly due to proximity with John's sweater.

The cap reminds me of one worn by an early Doctor Who companion (Dodo?).
