I have a friend who can do all that because she has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Maybe that's the same with you?

From what I've read on the subject, I actually think I have BJHS, which is thought by some to be genetically identical to EDS III, though much less severe. I don't have problems with dislocation or much joint pain, so I don't think I'd... Qualify, for lack of a better term... For full EDS.
