Is there a story behind the change? I don't really keep up on behind-the-scenes/actor stuff.

Josh is one of the leads on Once Upon a Time, and shooting schedules conflicted. I think he wanted to be in Thor 2, but there wasn't really a way to make the two things work together.

More than that, I think Levi was originally supposed to play the role in Thor, but the schedule conflicted with him filming Chuck. So they traded off.
